Baby food maker - which one to get?

My lo has turned 6 months old and I’ve just started weaning her. Is it necessary to buy a food maker? I’ve read that a lot of parents buy the Philips Avent 4-in-1 food maker. Are there other food makers that you recommend besides the Philips Avent? I’m confused with the many options out there - any tips will be helpful!

the philip 4-in-1 didnt tske much space and easy to use. even if baby grow up alr.. we still can use it to steam vegetables, or make smoothies.. so actually it will not be a waste.

I've used Philips avent. You may also find this article useful: https://sg.theasianparent.com/shopping-guide

Im using the Avent 4-in-1. Able to steam and blend using the same machine makes it lesser mess to clean up.

Hi... I used a normal blender to blend foods for my child.

I used a normal blender - so definitely not necessary :)

I used a hand blender and it worked pretty well.

Hi I saw that as well it looks quite good and importantly the parts look easy to wash. Can you share your review after using it?
