Side effects of 5-in-1 vaccination and rotavirus and any cause of worry if not pooping for 3 days?

My LO had her 3-mths jab including rotavirus vaccine. She hasn't been pooping for 3 days. Is that normal or any cause for worry? I've read online regarding intussuception. So far, she cry excessively once at night and lifts her legs up randomly. My LO is on breastmilk (fully), and will poop 2 to 3 times daily (usually/normally).
