Food Allergy

My LO is 7 months old and develops some rashes on his face after eating egg. The rash is not serious and is small, next to his lips, and clears after a few days. Should I continue to feed him eggs after the rashes clear? Can he develop immunity against eggs if I consistently feed him even though he's showing some rashes now?

Please see a pd for advice. Allergies should be managed with good knowledge on the risks.
