rashes on baby head/neck
My 1month old have develop some rashes at this area not sure what isit, should i bring him to doctor? are those heat rash?

It looks like it. But best to bring baby to PD to get treated with suitable cream. If me i rather get baby treated at PD since baby is still very small.
