Speech dilemma

My lo's 1 yr & 8 mos. but she can't really talk yet.. she can utter mama and baba sometimes though.. she's tongue-tied as well and I've read that that could affect speech development somehow.. I know every child has their own development pace ... but should I be worried? 🥺🥺 P.S. despite of that, she's very active and cheerful 🥰
