Is this a sure sign of pregnancy?

My LMP was December 28, 2019. I took pregnancy test thrice last January 31 and it was positive. This is my first transvaginal ultrasound on Feb 4 and no heartbeart yet. ?

Is this a sure sign of pregnancy?

5weeks ako nung una kong ultrasound. Then after 2weeks repeat tvs ako. Thanks God my heartbeat na siya.. 11wks preggy na ako ngayun.
