Is this a sure sign of pregnancy?

My LMP was December 28, 2019. I took pregnancy test thrice last January 31 and it was positive. This is my first transvaginal ultrasound on Feb 4 and no heartbeart yet. ?

nung ako nga 4 weeks palang sac din ang nakita no heartbeat talaga pero its a positive na im preggy ... he is now two months old
