Do you mummy's feel stress

Do you'll new mummy to be get stressed when closed ones keep telling you that you have to eat this and that in order for the baby to be strong and to grow. But you are struggling to eat a full meal. The sight of meat makes you puke! You puke after even eating 1 BITE SOME DAYS! And you keep telling your close ones how you feel daily BUT YET THEY SEND YOU LONG MESSAGES WITH ANGRY EMOJI ASKING YOU TO EAT THIS AND THAT.

I feel you too! during my first tri, everytime I go back to visit my mom or mom in law, they will ask me to eat fish that they've cooked.. but honestly I cannot stand the sight and smell of fish without gagging so I tried to avoid it.. sometimes I will pass my share to my husband to help eat when they aren't looking so I won't be nagged at.. that said, I'm now in my 2nd Tri and my appetite is back! so I'm trying to eat more nutritious and balanced meals. I rmbr in my first trimester I only could eat cereals with cold milk, Milo with crackers and bread in small portions all day... don't be stressed over them nagging, just eat whatever you can down.. baby will be okay!! :) jiayou!!

I feel annoyed when people keeps telling me “you’re eating for 2 now”. I usually just tell them my baby is growing well and they don’t have to worry so much. For more distant relatives, I will just smile or say ok thank you. If they don’t or can’t understand, then I will just stop responding (be it text or by mouth) because seriously, 1. I’m not starving my baby 2. I’m not starving myself, I just don’t eat much 3. I wouldn’t harm my baby, so please don’t worry 4. If you cannot puke on my behalf, then MYOB. Do what you think it’s okay for you and baby. Most importantly be happy! Happy mummy = happy baby 🫶🏻

Don’t be stressed. I’m a FTM too and my appetite was quite poor during first trim. Could hardly eat much tho I didn’t have MS. I just eat what I can and try to have more smaller meals. As long as my baby’s growth is on track I didn’t really bother much about the food intake. Learn to block out the ‘noise’ and do what’s best for yourself. Take care!

I feel you.. I'm a FTM and people around me especially parents/in-laws have many comments of theirs.. usually I will try to stick to my way after arguing back because we know what is best for us.. we need to enjoy and not stress else later affect baby..

I don't feel stress, I feel annoyed and frustrated. Usually they tell me verbally either face to face or via call. and I will direct relitate with frustrated tone and nasty words to shut them up. I am a very straight forward person
