Yes, looks like dehydration. Try to give little one more water these days - but baby 5 months old so not too much too. If u giving fm, can make additional 5-10ml water in each feed. If u latch/bm then maybe spoon feed/bottle feed a bit of water? If u started solids, definitely need to give some water too - I add a dash of water more into the purées whether it was store bought or self made. If after 2-3 days still like that, pls see doctor
Are you latching? If you are maybe you can try to supplement a little bit of formula milk (or express milk) in case it's real dehydration and it becomes a bigger problem - ie child needs to be warded If you're worried about nipple confusion then you can use a syringe to feed

It should be dehydration, is your baby drinking well? My Friend recently experienced the same thing and her bb was warded. Do monitor closely
Do monitor closely. If latching, try bottle feed so you can keep track how much is the baby drinking.
Here's what we saw on the diaper. Is it something more than dehydration?
