Would you leave your spouse even if you love him/her so much if the relationship with the kids and how he/she treats them is becoming unhealthy?

Please explain further what "unhealthy" means. It can be different things - no time for kids, abusing the kids physically or verbally etc. If my kids' welfare are in danger and I did everything but he still hasn't change, then my kids and I will move out. I hope he'll realize our importance once we're away that will push him to change.
