Yellow discharge? Normal or not?

Last week lang katatapos ng regla aboit 10days ang inabot. Nagpainject kasi for birth control nung mga August pa 3months lang ang effectiveness. Nung after magexpire yung injectables, nagdecide kami ng mister ko to use condoms. pero right after nagkaroon ako ng yellow creamy discharge na prang yellow green na. And medyo sinasakitan ako ng puson. Mga 3days nako nagkakaroon ng yellow diacharge. Is it normal.lang kaya ? OR is there medication?
