First time mom

Hi! Last week i found out im pregnant. When am i supposed to go to OB? Should i go right away, or wait a few weeks since its still so early? Im around 4-5 weeks. Thanks!

Go to OB na po for proper consultation and advises. If it's your first time, best na magpaconsult sa hospital.
