I lost my baby on my 7th week of pregnancy

Last April 6, I found out that I was pregnant. April 8, we went to see an OB, I was prescribed with vitamins and started to take milk for moms. Kaso nung nagpa lab ako on April 18, nag spotting ako. I suspect dahil sa na force ko yung pagpoop for fecalysis 😭 kasi may tumulo though minimal lang. Went home worried. Midnight, nag pee ako, may nakita ako medyo marami bahid ng blood sa underwear ko so we then went to the ER. They checked my cervix tapos in-IE ako. Closed cervix naman daw but with spotting. Was prescribed with heragest to be used as suppository sa vagina. Kaso na notice ko, lumala yung bleeding. 😭 like parang usual period ko na sya. It lasted up to 5 days kahit nag heragest ako. On the 4th day ng bleeding, april 22, scheduled ako for a transv ultrasound. Wala ako bleeding during the time I underwent ultrasound, however, they saw nothing. No embryo, no sac. 😭 The ob-sonologist advised me to undergo another transv a week after. On that same day, dinala nmin agad sa OB ko yung result. Ang sabi baka nakunan na nga ako. Para akong pinagbagsakan ng langit at lupa. She advised me to take beta hcg. I immediately took the test. Knagabihan, I got the result na. 84 na lang hcg ko. 😭 I tried to teleconsult sa ibang OB kasi d ako makkuha agad ng sagot from my OB kung ano meaning and dapat gawin, ang sabi sakin most probably, nawala na ang baby nung nagbleed ako. Advised nya magpa bhcg ako. Kaya nagtake ulit ako a week after. Last saturday, nakuha ko resulta and hcg level is at 22 na lang. i was frustrated with myself kasi pakiramdam ko di ko iningatan sarili ko. Nakakalungkot na nakakainggit kapag nakikita ko mga kasabay ko magpa checkup na malalaki yung tummy samantalang ako, nagpapa checkup to see if all is well sa katawan ko due to miscarriage.😢 8 weeks & 5 days na sana ang baby ko ngayon. Valid po ba ganitong feeling or this is me overreacting? Also,may idea po kayo how long would it take para mabuntis ulit ang nakunan?
