Hello mommy! For me, I play soothing music before and during bedtime. I personally feel so much relax after a long day at work. Also, I asked my husband to give me a quick massage to relax my body and mind. Do something you like and makes you happy! It would help :)

You can try essential oils like lavender or peppermint. Stress is not good for you and baby so try to find time or ways to destress. like self care time such as medi/pedi, a body massage, retail therapy, walks at the park etc.

I heard we should try to avoid essential oil during pregnancy.. what works for me is to sleep more and try to hydrate yourself as much as possible. there could be many different reasons for headache. hope it helps
