Headaches & nauseous.

Is it normal to frequently get headaches & nauseated in the third trimester? I've been drinking plenty of water too. Plus I don't like to depend on medication so hmm? 🙁

I do get them more frequently too around week 38 onwards. Didn’t take any medicine, all is still fine. Nothing to worry I guess? :)
