Bleeding in 8 weeks pregnancy

Hi ladies.. First time mother here.. Im 33 years old and got pregnant after IUI procedure.. Currently 8 weeks pregnant and saw baby and baby's heartbeat in last scan.. However, 2 days ago and today I experienced vaginal bleeding. I rushed to doctor who said baby is safe. Today I am again at the doctor waiting to be examined.. Any of you experienced this before? Should I be worried?

8wks na din ako. but Septate type ng uterus ko. may hati sa gitna. lagi ako ng iispotting🥺 kaka confine ko lng nung jan 3-7. dahil ng heavy bleeding ako. kala nmin miscarriage buti kumapit si baby. tapos ngayong jan 16 spotting uli pinag duduphaston uli ako. ang hirap 😭 kalahati g buwan nako bedrest

Akin naman maam walang spotting 8weeks na pero wala pang heartbeaf dhopaston din pati folic pina take sakin.
