Bleeding in 8 weeks pregnancy

Hi ladies.. First time mother here.. Im 33 years old and got pregnant after IUI procedure.. Currently 8 weeks pregnant and saw baby and baby's heartbeat in last scan.. However, 2 days ago and today I experienced vaginal bleeding. I rushed to doctor who said baby is safe. Today I am again at the doctor waiting to be examined.. Any of you experienced this before? Should I be worried?

I'm also 8 weeks pregnant. Meron din nakita na hemorrhage nung na pa transv ako. Pero ok nmn si baby. Meron na din heartbeat. Pinag bebedrest lang akpo ng ob ko and wag magbubuhat ng mabibigat and iwas din s stress. Binigyan din nya ako ng gamot pampakapit. Ingat lang tayo lahat mommy. Kapit lang. Kaya natin toh. Para kay baby. 🤰🤰🤰

same situation having hematoma . im on my 4weeks of bedrest now. praying to God that our next visiy for my trans v. it will heal already. stay safe . God is good
