Bleeding in 8 weeks pregnancy

Hi ladies.. First time mother here.. Im 33 years old and got pregnant after IUI procedure.. Currently 8 weeks pregnant and saw baby and baby's heartbeat in last scan.. However, 2 days ago and today I experienced vaginal bleeding. I rushed to doctor who said baby is safe. Today I am again at the doctor waiting to be examined.. Any of you experienced this before? Should I be worried?

same I am 8 weeks pregnant and i am 41 kya medyo worried 1st time mom here, naka pagpa check up ako last march 25, dahil nga worried nako sa dugo na nakikita ko tuwing umiihi ako, and was rolled out na threatened abortion daw due to UTI. bedrest and 7days antibiotic every 6hrs ang pampakapit, 3 days nako nag ta take amox but then everytime na iihi ako me blood padin😭

Ou nga eh basta may gamot na pampakapit sis walang problema dagdagan mu lng ng pagiingat.
