I only dared to put when my kid was a bit bigger. But we don’t turn it on when my LO is there. Rather, we open her window, switch this on, and close her room door while we are all in the living room (for about half an hour, so all the mosquitoes go out of her room through the window). Then when it’s time for bed, we switch it off and close her room window, so it’s never on when she’s sleeping. Seems to work pretty well.

I tend to put things that's organic in room for baby or it state natural product. Certain product that don't state tend to have artificial chemical scent which I think it's not very good for baby. Alternative you can try put lemon grass it's a very natural way to keep mosquito away too.

Baby are quite sensitive to smell, so best not to place any strong smelling things such as candles and air fresheners.
