Mga mommies, ang kegel po exercise sa ibaba.... Yung inoopen and close niyo po siya. Parang sa likuran (anus) nagagalaw niyo yung muscle. Yun po ang kegel exercise.

kegel un pra iniipit ung p^mpem ska ung pwet ng sabay. ung pra ka naiihi kaso pnpigil m.un pgkkaalam ko ah

I know what kegel is but I don't do it since I will undergo c-section. Though I do some stretching 😉

I am advised to do bedrest. My cervix are now open (2cm dilation)yet i am still in my 30 weeks.

hello mga momsh. i gave birth last July 15,2020. 35 weeks lang po si baby but di naman ganun ka.liit. healthy naman po siya.

di ko pa natry yan.. bedrest kasi ako ngayon dhil covering the os kasi ang placenta ko..

nag eexercise po ako ng gnun mga momsh,nkakatanggal sakit sa balakang,,,😊 try nyo
