1cup a day is okay, not more than 200mg po lalo na po if hinahanap ng body nyo. nagkaka migraine ako ng first trimester, sabi ng doctor ko mag coffee ako 😊 may caffeine withdrawal din po kasi na nangyayari lalo na if regular tayo nag cocoffee before mag preggy
1cup = to 200 mg is ok naman. pref decaff kung kaya kasi yung caffeine yung nililimit jan kaya limited ang coffee. ako i have up to 2 per day kasi decaf ang gamit ko (1 tsp lang per timpla) and i use splenda instead of sugar. soy milk instead of whole milk.
Anything too much is not allowed po. Di po ako nagkakape talaga, though I was still advised na if ever magkakape is once lang per day yung allowed.
Me too, coffee is life. pero di po ako nagkakape ng nabibili sa tindahan hehe. yung puro po na ginagawa ng mga lola namin.
ako sis every day ako nagcocoffee pero once lang naman and dapat di gaano mapait😊basta in moderation lang
1 cup is fine pero aq iwas Muna kse mataas sa caffeine. even softdrinks, milktea - caffeine at sugar mataas.
Masama po ang too much, pero pwede naman mag kape hehe kahit 1cup po pwede na po iyon.
pag sobra msama po.. in moderation lng po if d mtiis like 1 cup a day lng..
Ok lng namn as long as not more than 3cups a day
Moderate lang mi. Too much is bad.
