How can u say that sex is helpful during pregnancy?

Kadalasan lang na nakikita ko dito is active sa sex haha bakit? Is it because we may feel horny sometimes? Or we want it because sabi na mapapadali panganganak? Etc. what else?

Sabi sa studies, hindi naman daw proven and tested yung sex to induce your labor or what. Exercise ang pinakamabisa.
