You can try adopting a low glycemic diet that high in natural fats and proteins. Avoid or cut down on processed and artificial sugars and refined flour-containing foods (which is difficult as these are mainstays in most foods found in stores). My friend cleaned up her diet from processed and artificial sugars and ate clean in the last 3 months of her pregnancy. Compared to her first pregnancy, she claims that her milk supply is better the second time round.

Take chlorella: based on a Japanese study where women who supplemented in pregnancy had lower levels of dioxins in their breastmilk and higher levels of IgA, and important indicator of immune performance. http://www.wellnessresources.com/tips/articles/chlorella/ Adopt a low glycemic diet high in natural fats and proteins. During pregnancy, you should eat a well balanced diet to support the growth of your foetus. One thing at a time. :) Your body will be producing colostrum nearing the end of your pregnancy. You wouldn't want to have lots of milk before the baby comes because then you'd be engorged.

Thanks, Roshini, but im adverse to garlic now. guess i'll skip that. How can we take chlorella? In pills? Hope they dont stink.....

You can take some milk boosters in your third trimester like oats for breakfast, milo, oat biscuits, flax seeds, or almond milk.

thanks
