Spilled My breastmilk

Jtr: I just spilled at least 30-40ml of freshly expressed breast milk. Feeling kinda sad n heartache. ???

This happened to me. I felt a little empty at the time, but instead of literally crying over spilt milk, I just moved on. Learned the lesson the hardway!
