Spilled My breastmilk
Jtr: I just spilled at least 30-40ml of freshly expressed breast milk. Feeling kinda sad n heartache. ???

Me too! I’ve spilled 80-100ml of milk couple times. Thats when I truly understand the literal meaning of “no use crying over spilled milk”.. Haha.. I even had to pour away 240ml of milk because I was on medication and afraid it may affect baby.. paranoid me! Told myself to keep that positive spirit in pumping more to keep the supply coming! 🤪
