If baby’s getting iron in the diet (veg, meat), then there’s no need to have iron fortified fm:) I prefer those natural sources too. I make green leafy veg + potato puree as part of the daily meal, and that works very well:)

Iron is one of an important source , but if your baby is getting enough iron from his solid food , I think it should be fine . Does your baby gain weight within the 3 months ?

That should be fine if he's eating well .

You can ask a PD for advice, if necessary they can prescribe iron drops. Iron is important & the amount of solid food baby eats at this point may not have enough jron
