cough

Ive been coughing for almost 2 weeks. Took medication & also drinking lots of water. Its worst when in an airconditioned freezerrrrr office! alot of my colleagues are sick as well so i guess itll take time for me to recover. Recently, i felt like discharge coming out when i cough. Is it normal? Dont know if its leaking pee or discharge!! Its abit yellowish tho on my pantyliner... i am coming 11 weeks preg now. Pls advice!! Scared that my coughing will hurt my baby in any way.
