Confinement Washing Hands

Hi, I've been adviced to use boiled warm water to wash hands during confinement... (after using toilet etc) May I know what do you add in the water? Is just boiling tap water sufficient? Or do I need to add rice wine or vinegar? Any specific types?

Just warm water will do. No need to add herbs or anything to the warm water.
