Is there an early dismissal fee for confinement nannies in Singapore? Can anyone advise please?

A friend wanted to let go of her confinement nanny earlier, as she had to travel out, but she had to pay for the additional 20 days that she would not be using her. The agency refused to cooperate on the matter.
