Has someone who experienced giving birth needs to avoid carrying heavy stuffs? I felt something painful in my lower abdomen.
I think it is alright to carry heavy stuff after giving birth naturally as long as you don't strain yourself too much. Stop if you feel that it hurts your stitches. However, if you had C-section delivery, it will be better to avoid carrying heavy weight when you are still recovering as you may risk tearing your stitches. Do you feel painful at your lower abdomen due to the stitches? It will be good to check with your Gynae if the pain persists.
