Hi, What I have read and also that I am not a believer of whatever being said, coffee being blamed for breastmilk reduction is just a myth which is widespread. What basically happened is that because of caffeine in it, the baby becomes fussy and jittery because of caffeine stimulation may not nurse well. And which is taken otherwise that there is decrease in milk supply. Now, how much coffee is too much for you is an individual observance that one can have while watching one's baby. If the baby is jittery and having sleep issues, cut down on your coffee consumption. Please go through the link, it is a detailed overview on this, and an interesting and helpful one. http://kellymom.com/bf/can-i-breastfeed/lifestyle/caffeine/
studies and reports are still conflicting on whether having caffeine while breastfeeding can reduce the supply. while some researchers say it can reduce milk supply, while some say it can in fact increase milk supply. http://www.livestrong.com/article/525363-does-caffeine-decrease-breast-milk-supply/ here is another link that will give you information about what product contains what amount of caffeine https://www.breastfeeding.asn.au/bfinfo/breastfeeding-and-maternal-caffeine-consumption

Anything with caffine is not advisable of you need to consume ensure it is with moderation. Try to limit your intake.
Coffee is a diuretic, it will dehydrate you and most likely will affect your milk supply as well.
