Intend to get my relative to babysit my 1yo for two days a week 9-5pm at my place while i work from home. Not sure how much i should offer her. No household chores needed but need to shower, feed and tuck him to slp during that period. Food will be prepped by me beforehand. She has no prior experience but is close relative and patient with kids.
Anyone got similar experience.
