In laws interfering with everything, how to deal wih them?

Hi, my in laws kept interfering with everything. From BTO location selection to unit selection to units facing which direction etc. Now that we are renovating our house soon, they kept saying we must make this make that, this and that not good. Must have kitchen island countertop 'cos we like'. How to deal with in laws like this? I'm so angry

same here.. but the problem is my in laws are the one who paid for the house so we don't have a say in it. even paying partly for the reno and furniture etc 🤷‍♀️ but if they didn't pay for yours, why let them decide everything for you? it's your own house and money

You should not be dealing with them but your spouse. Let your spouse do the job. If your spouse refuses, then you make the call and ignore them. After all, that is your house.
