Hi, im just wondering is it safe to eat Fish oil capsules while im taking New Obimin?
I was eating New Obimin initially and my gynae told me that this supplement will actually increase your appetite and cause constipation as well. So best to check with your gynae on your current situation. =)
Can take tgt.. usually it ll be recommended from 2nd trimester onwards. Gynae will prescribe.
Gynae said it’s not really necessary but he can prescribe if I want. So I said no need haha.
