Hi im 14 weeks 3day pregnant.. i would like to ask, im talking fish oil med, new obimin and also calcium med.. i just took the fish oil and obimin med.. i forgot to take my calcium and i left it at home.. can i still take it in the afternoon? Like is there any effect if i were to take it after 3pm plus?

Can! Not really a problem there haha. I remembered usually taking the calcium midnight coz i forgot abt it 😑

Ya at times i would forgot about it because dr advise to take the calcium 1hr/2hr apart from the other 2 meds haha 😅
