Hi I'm wondering if someone can help me, my wife always complaining her lower back, can you tell me some tips to lessen the pain, thanks

Nung ako po masakit yung lower back nung buntis ako, nagpapa massage ako kay hubby. Soft lang naman, press press ng konti to lessen the pain. Tapos with baby oil. Nakaka relaks po yun ☺️
