Normal po kasi na sumakit ang lower back ng buntis.Massage gently po yung lower back habang nakaupo or tagilid ng higa si misis. Pwede din warm compress, warm po ah wag hot and make sure na sa lower back lang. Pwede gawin once a day yung massage at warm compress.

Nung ako po masakit yung lower back nung buntis ako, nagpapa massage ako kay hubby. Soft lang naman, press press ng konti to lessen the pain. Tapos with baby oil. Nakaka relaks po yun ☺️

Try kegel excercise po at konting streching.. Dahan dahan lang po matatanggal ganyan po ung ginagawa ko palagi sumasakit lower back ko.
