is insomnia a sign of early pregnancy?

i'm waiting for more days to do PT. But i'm too anxious to know asap. a colleague before had insomnia few weeks before she did PT (when she did PT, it was positive and was 1 week pregnant). sometimes even when she had a good night sleep the night before, she's still sleepy in the day. so is insomnia an early signs of pregnancy? ? help po please pa-answer, lagpas n ko sa calendar so hoping talaga kami na magkababy na ??thanks in advance po
