i had that since last week and got worsen this Monday. i went to a GP and he say i strained my muscle so he gave me panadol to relieve the pain and right now the pain is more bearable so i didnt take the med already. doc tell me that it will take 2-3 weeks to recover. some mummies might even have it till they deliver. im currently going week 30.

I had this pain along with nausea my whole 1st trimester. It was unbearable. Tried below things and got relief by 2nd trimester. 1. Calcium and Vit D supplements prescribed by doc. 2. Stretching 3. Hot water bottle. Hope you feel better soon.

maybe check your posture or sleeping position?
