31 weeks and 3 days what is usually feel

Always feel a hard tummy and the pressure on my lower part of my tummy.... but baby keep moving especially while I'm lying on bed...

It’s braxton hicks~ It will become more frequent as nearing labour for some/most mummies. :)

Back muscle pain

I'm upper back is very painful at the left side.. even it massage still pain.
