Im thinking not to work cause i have 4kids and i have 3kids need to on and off go hospital and jab too after 18months then go back work? Due to some issue and thinking to ask social worker to help not sure can? My boss also dont like me to take off too.

honestly if your husband income is able to sustain the household then i think it's ok. But with 4kids. it's hard to get be living on one income stream only. Maybe you can ask your family members to help you bring the kids for vaccination? OR apply childcare leave.
