brown spotting 12 weeks

I'm really worried coz I had brown spotting earlier on my pantiliner.kind of worried.but no tummy pain .however,wondering whether it's normal.im 12 weeks pregnant now.

No worry, brown spotting is normal in early pregnancy... If its fresh blood u should seek a doctor

Tq so much.. I was so worried that I couldn't sleep yesterday..but,it was only one time,brown spotting.aftee that,nothing. Tq again ya

Pls any spotting or blood, just go to hospital
