im preagnant 6 weeks and5 days.. bit my ultrasound has no heartbeat.. and im bleeding almost 6days.. is this normal?

ako din no heartbeat pa nung 6weeks pro sabi nmn ni doc na possible un kasi maxado pa maliit..ayun pgbalik ko nung 8weeks ko meron n xang heartbeat 😊
