im preagnant 6 weeks and5 days.. bit my ultrasound has no heartbeat.. and im bleeding almost 6days.. is this normal?

I do na sis kanina😢😢 failed pregnancy po aq la pong fetus pero buntis aq.. need q ng e raspa😢😢 thanks sa reply and advice sis.. God bless u
