First of all, congrats on your pregnancy! I contracted covid at 32 weeks. Though I took 2 weeks to recover and return to work and another 2 weeks to fully recover from the lingering cough, all was normal. Doctor will prescribe meds that are suitable for pregnancy ( less strong ) thus you might take a longer time to recover. Do rest more during that period. Baby will also gain the anti-bodies you build up during this time. Take care mummy :)

Congrats! That's great to hear! Yeah I'm a lot less stressed now and physically I also feel so much better compared the the past few days. Just waiting for my scan this Sat and hopefully all's well.

That's good to know! This is also my 2nd time contracted it. Thankfully not much symptoms.. so far only had sore throat, headache and a bit of chills.

I was contracted with covid-19 in my 6 weeks too. I wasn't aware I was pregnant that time. It takes longer time to heal about 9 days to negative. Just continue to take care of diet and get plenty of rest.

Yes, your immunity will be lower in your first trimester. Contracted with covid would not harm the baby but make sure you rest well. Oh yes first trimester do feel really exhausted I took nap in between work. It's my first pregnancy too I'm anxious as you 😅

I had C at week 3 or 4, with some spotting.. Went A&E and gynae to follow up as of now everything is doing fine.. Currently at week 19 😊.. Don’t worry Mummy and GWS!

Thank you!

I had COVID the same week I found out I was pregnant, I was 4weeks pregnant that time, recovered from covid n scan is okie

Hope you feel better soon!
