Hi! I'm obese (weighing 120 kilos). Never ko inexpect na mabubuntis ako since may PCOS din ako. Ngayon, dahil nalaman kong 7 weeks preggo na ako, I'm trying my best to live a healthy lifestyle. Maselan din pagbubuntis ko. Para sa mga obese mothers, how was your experience sa pregnancy niyo?

95 kilos ako and ika 6 pregnancy ko na to pero isa palang buhay na anak ko. Ngayon im 15 weeks pregnant. My highblood ako at high risk palaging nakukunan.

Iwas sa sweets po at rice... More on veggies and protein rich food... Yan po advice sakin... 3-1/2 month old na din si baby ko 😊
