I think u should also pick up some stretching or light exercise (more of posture correction) to help ur body cope with the pregnancy. U can take a look on YouTube or some prenatal classes will teach. I went for the kk prenatal class, they got teach some simple exercise and stretching and the trainer walks around to check too. TMC also have such session in the classes
