I think u should also pick up some stretching or light exercise (more of posture correction) to help ur body cope with the pregnancy. U can take a look on YouTube or some prenatal classes will teach. I went for the kk prenatal class, they got teach some simple exercise and stretching and the trainer walks around to check too. TMC also have such session in the classes

Hey mummy!!! Stretching works wonders. Simple stretching.. I did it every time the aches came especially in the night. You know the kind of stretching in primary school. Tey it out!
