I'm now 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Still having a hard time because I can't not taste any food that I intake. I am not also craving for anything. Once I eat, I vomit all the food that I ate also the vitamins that I am taking. I don't know what to do, I am very concern that it may affect my baby. What should I do? πŸ˜”

It's normal but its not okey mommy. Kulang ang nakukuha ng baby mo po na nutrients. Kung sinusuka mo pre-natal vitamins mo consult your OB kc pwde nman palitan. Sa pagsusuka nyo nman po ng mga kinakain ninyo consult your OB dn po, may gamot na pwde ka itake para mabawasan. Bka po kc grbe acid reflux ninyo just like me. Change nrn po kayo ng eating habits. 1. Eat small meals frequently rather than 3 big meals in a day. 2. Kain dn po kayo ng ice chips or chocolate chips whenever you feel vomiting. 3. Sip water, pakonti konti lang. 4. Iwas po sa spicy at greasy foods.
