Is It Common To Feel Cramps In Your Lower Abdomen?

Im not in so much pain but I feel a little cramps in my lower abdomen. Im 9weeks pregnant and its my first. So im not aware of this. I cant go to my OB Gyne because of the Virus, so im here to ask. Anyone who knows the meaning of this cramps, can tell me more about it. Im willing to listen. Thankyou and Godbless us.

Do you have the number of your OB? If you have, text or call her right away. Only your OB doctor can answer you. But better na wag ka muna magpakapagod, bed rest mo muna siya til makacontact ka ng OB. Delikado kasi as of now lalo na't 9 weeks ka pa lang. Wag ka kakain ng Pineapple. You can check also sa app na to yung mga allowed foods for you. Hopefully may magcomment ng same condition mo to help you. Pray lang 🙏🏻
