Same here sis, one time nag ulam ako ng ginisang pechay. Then ung tinapay ko may lettuce more vegetables. Pero effective ung petchay as in pag poop ko may dahon dahon pa.

Salamat po sa advice..ipagpray po naten yan mam..makakaraos ka din po ng matiwasay..sana po maging ok na din ako..magstop na ang bleeding..
